There have been reports of dead seagulls on Port Erin Beach.
Port Erin Commissioners have said several dead herring gulls have been found in the area of the beach between the Cosy Nook and the Shore Road public toilets.
Avian flu was confirmed to be on the Island over the weekend, which is highly contagious amongst birds, and an all-island surveillance zone was introduced.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture have been made aware.
