A well-known pub in Douglas could be yours to rent - but not for selling booze!
Chapman Chartered Surveyors have listed the Bowling Green Hotel on Derby Road for lease.
The former Heron & Brearley pub shut its doors in 2022, and Chapman says its now inviting proposals for the building, saying it's suitable for a variety of uses.
However there's a restrictive covenant on the building which means it couldn't be reopened as a pub.
