Police say a serious crash in Onchan means a road there will be shut until this afternoon.
The incident happened just after 3.30am on the main road between Barroose Road and Bibaloe Beg Road.
Officers say an emergency road closure is in place until around 4pm.
Traffic is being diverted via King Edward Road, but there's currently no access to the main road from Garey Road or Begoade Road and no access to the Manx Fun Barn.
