A retail manager has been fined after admitting defrauding a city centre shop.
53 year old Andrew Ian Corrie of Lakeside Road in Douglas pleaded guilty to two counts of fraud by false representation.
The court head he'd replaced Marks and Spencer bar code labels in goods he returned to the Drumgold Street store to obtain refunds.
The total loss to Marks and Spencer was said to be £290.
Magistrates fined Corrie 2,100 as well as ordering him to pay £290 compensation and £200 prosecution costs.
