Should developers be made to pay for new sporting and community facilities on the Isle of Man?
That was a question raised in the House of Keys earlier this week as talk turned to a new Eastern Area Plan which is in the early stages of being drawn up.
MHKs raised concerns that existing facilities could be at risk after draft plans showed they were in areas zoned for redevelopment.
