Should there be a recycling law for the Island?

Clara Isaac at Tynwald, where she was inspired to post to social media about a recycling law.

A woman who runs a recycling collection company is proposing for a recycling law to be brought in here.

Clara Isaac, who began Recycle Collective Limited three years ago with Laura Jennings, posted to social media to say that a first step would be for all metals and glass to be recycled.

She says she'd like to see a law that bans either material being put in general waste to be incinerated:

The government wants the Island to be net zero by 2050.
