Investigations are ongoing into why the tram crashed on Snaefell.
The incident happened on Wednesday afternoon - fortunately no one was on board or injured.
Director of public transport Ian Longworth told us they have been interviewing witnesses and collaborating stories with pictures taken at the scene.
He also mentioned that at this point they don't have any answers so speculation is unhelpful to the situation:
