Special screening to mark 80th anniversary of 'No Limit'

The George Formby Society is celebrating the 80th anniversary of the filming of 'No Limit' here on the Island.

Formed in Preston in 1961 the group holds four conventions every year in Blackpool, with 1,200 members who play the banjo ukulele.

The TT races film was shot in 1935.

During its filming a leather clad Formby famously collapsed from heat exhaustion due to the warm weather - today it will be screened at the Manx Museum.
