Plans have been put forward to create a new store and apartments in the centre of Ramsey.
Proposals from S & A Consultants Ltd. look to make alterations and improvements the ground floor of the Saddle Buildings in Market Place to create a retail outlet.
The organisation also wants to create five apartments in the structure to be based on the first, second and roof space floors.
A further application for registered building consent has also been lodged in association with the proposal.
