A teenager desperately threw away a wrap of cocaine as police approached in a Douglas car park.
Jack Mallaby, of Urley Path in Douglas, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 19-year-old admitted possessing cocaine on March 17 this year at Shaw's Brow Car Park.
Police saw Mallaby walk into the car park at 1.15am and followed him - watching as he threw away 0.3g of cocaine.
Mallaby was fined £400 and ordered to pay £125 costs.
