Young people are being warned that it’s up to them to know where to draw the line this festive season.
The Department of Health has launched a new campaign to urge teenagers to take sensible precautions to stop celebrations getting out of control.
This year the campaign has a particular emphasis on unsupervised house parties where alcohol can be a key feature.
