The Oncology car park at Noble's Hospital will now be closed for up to 10 days.
Manx Care says it's while essential work takes place.
Designated parking for Oncology patients is available in Bay 1 of the Main Car Park.
It's asked that these are only used by those with Oncology appointments until the works are complete.
