More needs to be done to encourage women to take part in elections on the Isle of Man.
That's according to a recent report by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
The Election Observation Mission was invited to scrutinise the island's general election in September.
It had a presence at polling for each of the Isle of Man's 12 constituencies.
In its final review the mission made a total of ten recommendations including "strengthening" the participation of women and making improvements to disabled access.
