The Pursuit, to start filming on Island next week

The next film to be made on the Isle of Man will be shooting scenes on Victoria Street next week.

The Pursuit will be shooting scenes outside a local business between 7.30am and 12 noon on Wednesday.

The film features Aiysha Hart and revered brit actor and director Paddy Considine.

The plot will be dealing with the weighty issue of honour killing, it's being directed by Shan Khan.

Access to shops and businesses will be maintained at all times, however members of the public will be guided around the camera during takes.

There will also be a temporary suspension of parking on King Street.

The film crews have vowed to keep any disturbance to a minimum.
