Only three local authorities provide a kerbside recycling scheme.
That's according to Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer, who was quizzed on the issue in the House of Keys this week.
Onchan MHK Rob Callister asked Mr Harmer how many authorities currently provide the recycling initiative.
In response, the minister revealed only Douglas Council, Braddan Commissioners and Malew Commissioners currently provide the service.
