Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston says he hopes people in Ramsey will come forward with ideas to redevelop sites in the town.
In the House of Keys this week, Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper asked which brownfield sites were earmarked for work.
Mr Johnston said a total of 15 sites were found in 2022, mostly around the quayside.
And he said his department hoped to support people who wanted to redevelop them:
