Time running out to comment on credit union plans

You've only got one day left to have your say on plans to establish a Manx Credit Union.

The Financial Supervision Commission is running a consultation to gauge public opinion on whether or not a vital amendment should be made to the Credit Unions Act 1993.

This would pave the way for the union to begin setting up the non-profit making money cooperative.

Working party chairman David Talbot told us what would happen next if the outcome of the consultation was positive:
