Police are appealing for information after tissue paper was set alight next to the Manx Petroleum Compound earlier this week.
Officers say it happened at around 10pm on Wednesday (3rd August) on South Quay in Douglas.
They ask anyone in the area, or who has information to contact Police HQ on 631212.
Officers have described the incident as 'reckless and dangerous'.
