Tradespeople restrictions eased

Restrictions have now been lifted around tradespeople carrying out work inside properties.

As of today, construction work indoors can be carried out provided those involved wear face coverings and maintain social distancing - it's also preferred the property owner is out of the premises at the time.

Meanwhile, estate agents and surveyors will also be allowed to go into properties provided they also follow social distancing and mask wearing guidance, viewings of vacant homes is also now allowed.

However, announcing the move last week Chief Minister, Howard Quayle says viewings of occupied homes are still not allowed at this time.
