A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of defrauding Manx taxpayers by almost £70,000.
63-year-old Robert Graham Moffitt, of Hillside Avenue, appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday.
He denied 12 allegations of making false representations to obtain benefits - the offences were allegedly carried out between April 2012 and October 2017.
Committal to the court of General Gaol Delivery will take place on November 13th - he's been bailed until that date.
