Tributes have been paid to a man who served as a Commissioner for over 15 years.
Arbory and Rushen Parish Commissioners announced the sudden passing of David Radcliffe who served as a Rushen Commissioner since 2008.
Known affectionally as ‘Rad’ David led tree planting schemes, community litter picks, and the ongoing conversion of streetlights to more energy-efficient LEDs.
The commissioners say that they cant imagine the board without him and will miss him greatly.
