A unique piece of TT memorabilia has raised thousands of pounds for charity after an auction by emergency service workers.
A team from the Emergency Services Joint Control Room at police headquarters took a constabulary helmet and had it signed by riders during the festival.
The distinctive white headgear was then auctioned on eBay, with the proceeds going to Cancer Research UK.
