Police say two people have been arrested in an ongoing investigation which saw Port Erin residents evacuated last night.
Bomb disposal experts were called to Pairk Beg and residents taken to the Methodist church on Station Road in Port Erin yesterday afternoon.
Superintendent Danny Rotchell says there is no wider threat to the public.
He says the property in Pairk Beg will remain cordoned off and there'll be a high-profile police presence in the area.
