Tax incentives encouraging people to live on the Isle of Man should be for all - not just the ultra-wealthy.
That's the view of Tynwald's Economic Policy Review Committee, which will present a report to the court when it sits later this month.
It says tax breaks shouldn't only be for the highest earners, but the whole working population.
And the committee says any such incentives should be available to single people as well as couples and families.
