The UK Justice Minister visited the Island earlier this month to meet with Alf Cannan and the Council of Ministers.
Mike Freer MP is responsible for the UK government's relationship with the Crown Dependencies.
The aim of his visit was to learn more about the Island's judiciary, legislature and regulators.
Minister Freer commented that he was 'struck by the success of the local economy and how the distinct Manx culture underpins the way of life.'
