It's understood a man armed with a knife has attacked people on London Bridge.

Police have confirmed they were called to reports of a stabbing just before 2 o'clock.

All we know at the minute is a number of people have been injured.

Earlier it was being reported a man had been shot dead by officers – but all the Metropolitan force is saying now is that a man has been detained.
