The Island’s unemployment rate has held at 2.6 per cent – with just over one thousand people out of work.
At the end of last month 1146 were without a job – 813 men and 333 women.
During the month 570 vacancies were notified to the Job Centre, at the end of the month 364 positions were still held on file.
