An derelict warehouse in the south of the Island could become a new entertainment and leisure complex if planning permission is granted.
Arwen Ltd, on behalf of Castle Industries, has submitted an application to redevelop Castle House on the Ronaldsway Industrial Estate. It’s currently an unused warehouse but the plans would see it transformed for private and public events as well as leisure activities.
Plans are to hold three events per month, over the weekends, between 9am and midnight.
The planning application was submitted in October and is currently pending consideration.
