Police are warning dog owners to keep their pets on leads in the countryside, as lambing season gets underway.
Officers say if sheep are worried by dogs there's a risk they could miscarry their lambs.
They're reminding dog walkers to keep their four-legged friends under control at all times.
Officers say although this is vitally important there are still a few people who don't follow this advice.
