The government says it wants to attract 10 cannabis businesses to the Island this year.
Tim Cowsill, the chief executive of Business Isle of Man, told the website Business of Cannabis the Island is open for business.
Business Isle of Man is going to Cannabis Europa, a huge industry exhibition, in London later this month.
Mr Cowsill says the agency now has the expertise and understanding to actively market the island.
