A worker in a Douglas restaurant was injured yesterday as he tried to tackle a fire on the premises.
The Fire and Rescue Service says it was called out at lunchtime following reports of a fire.
When firefighters arrived, they found the man had put out the blaze - but he'd slipped and injured his arm and needed hospital treatment.
His injuries aren't thought to be serious.
