Young people asked to help with WW1 veteran's vision

Young people on the Island are urgently needed to help a war veteran's vision come to life.

Manxman Hector Duff wants to see floral tributes placed on all of the Island's war memorials next Monday - the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of World War One.

Co-ordinator Maxine Cannon says they need people's help:

Two convoys will leave the Grandstand at 1pm on Monday - one heading north and the other south - before reconvening at the national war memorial in St John's:

Children need to be between 7 and 18 years of age - anyone who wants to help should contact Maxine on 437859.
